Spat between TeliaSonera and Cogent Communications provoked numerous network troubles

A spat between Swedish telecom operator TeliaSonera and the US provider Cogent Communications caused numerous network troubles
13.03.2008. TeliaSonera and Cogent Communications stopped any interconnection because of disagreements between the two companies.
This resulted in a numerous complaints from the customers who are having network troubles now. The issue has not been solved so far.
